Home Audio I consider myself a budget audiophile. My system consists of many components, including a pair of home-made Voight Pipes, (Click here for the design that I based mine on, ) as my front speakers, a JVC DVD-Audio player, and an old Technics turntable with a linear tone arm that I picked up off of Ebay for $50. Even though I own many premium components, I find that one can achieve high-quality sound without spending a lot of money, if one has an eye for key features that improve the life of one's components. Skiing Skiing mixes many ingredients that I crave into one single, exiting sport. I can go fast without worrying about speeding tickets. Ski resorts are outside, in the mountains, mixed with break-taking scenery. The weather makes it that I don't have to worry about breaking into a sweat. During most of Jr. High School and High School I raced with the Ski Ward Race Team.
